Broken hearts and shattered dreams,
That's all I've ever known,
Disappointment, failure,
Are the only seeds I've sewn.
Tears in the dead of night,
No one sees but me,
Thoughts are taking over,
All I'll never be.
Fogging up my mind,
Trying to forget,
All the painful memories,
And the very day we met.
Take me from the world,
Free me from the pain,
I've given all I've got,
Only death can make me sane.
