I haven't been on here in a while, so I thought I would make a new post. Not a lot going on. Just the usual. Paying bills and living life.

I just turned 27 5 days ago and I am not thrilled with being 1 year closer to 30 but oh well. lol. I didn't do a whole lot. I just had lunch with the hubby at Red Lobster and bought some new sunglasses. lol.

I have been getting big into couponing lately. I actually manage to save quite a bit when I go shopping. I have been saving about 30 - 40 bucks a trip to the grocery store. Its not a ton, but hey its gas in the car for a couple of weeks. I am actually thing of starting a blog on couponing :) Could be fun.

Anyway, stay posted. I may have some more interesting blogs soon!

We Made It

Well, we made it through the ice storm of 2011. We lost our power for about a day and a half, spent one night freezing and then went to a friends house. I also managed to fall down my steps and hit my head which has left my neck and back sore. And now 3 days after an ice storm we just got 5 inches of snow on top of it. Needless to say I am completely over winter!!!

Winter Storm

I am making this post before we lose power. We are in the middle of this huge winter ice storm. Its pretty crazy actually. I have never been in an ice storm before. It seems pretty surreal. I am not looking forward to the lack of electronics and heat, but we will manage. What I am most worried about at the moment is something falling on my car or the house. I will be saying some prayers for sure.

I know no one cares but....

I am feeling so sad right now. I have a longing to be a part of something that I know will never be. And James unintentionally made me realize that just now. Its such an empty, horrible feeling. I absolutely hate it. I feel as though the little tiny strand of hope that I had has been snapped. But, the worst thing of all is that I realize that almost all of this is my fault. I have made so many mistakes along the way that I just don't know how to fix them!
The one thing I do know.... As long as I am in Indiana away from my friends and family I will never ever be happy.

Give me my space please

This is about a pet peeve of mine. James and I went to a small Chinese restaurant here called First Wok. Its not a sit down restaurant where you have a server. You order your food and then find your own table. Well, when we ordered our food we were the only ones in there. So we chose a table to sit at and waited for our food. Meanwhile another couple comes in and places their order. Now keep in mind, James and I were the ONLY ones in there when the other couple came in.

And just guess where they decide to sit.....

They have every single table except ours to choose from....

And they decide to sit RIGHT BEHIND US!

Seriously? Out of every table in here you had to sit right next to us....

I'm sorry. Maybe I am a b!tch, but I just find it very annoying when people do this!

Life as it is...

So I have decided to try this blog thing. And I will be honest. I have no idea what to talk about at the moment. I supose I am suppose to ramble on about what's going on with my life and what I have done for the last week, but I am just not in the mood for that at the moment.
So I will leave you with this and come back when I have something more interesting to talk about. :P
